Investment Adviser –Hundreds of clients have benefitted from consulting Maita for her spot-on advice on property investment and disposal. Maita’s goal is to further help clients improve their profit and risk targets thru value-added services for wealth accumulation and preservation.

Lifelong Learner –During her Masters studies in Education, taken while the family was based in Singapore, she came across an interesting research article whose title was “Teaching on the Internet is Learning”. In its broader context, the title summed up Maita’s belief about sharing knowledge with others as an avenue towards lifelong learning.

Maita gives back to the industry that has given her professional and financial satisfaction by serving on the Board of Trustees of the PAREB-Muntinlupa Real Estate Board (MUNREB) as President for the past two terms.  She acts as a mentor to newbies and seasoned colleagues alike. She is also a proud member of Business Network International (BNI) Elite chapter, part of the Taguig Region, where she is the exclusive category holder for Real Estate Brokerage for the South of Metro Manila.
